I can't say enough good things about Mr. Doug and his crew at A-1. They are experienced, knowledgeable, fast, very thorough and are the only body shop that will ever work on any vehicle I own. My wife's brand new car was hit in a parking lot while she was at work. The car had quite a bit of damage due to where it was struck. A-1 repaired the vehicle back to showroom room new! The paint is an absolute match and flawless! If you want the best then you want A-1 Automotive!
Please don't use this place to get your auto repaired. We had our honda there for three weeks & it is a mess. All the parts were off brands & the parts that was supposed to be welded were not & the paint was as far off as you could get. The bumper was after market & did not fit at all. I drove it back to Sweetwater collision & they took it apart & called the Allstate adjuster & took pictures & having it all tore out & replaced with honda parts & welded like it is supposed to be. It is the worst patch job anyone has ever seen. The ac had very little freon & about 1 gallon of water in radiator. It is a wonder we got it home without trouble.Doug talks a good story & what is covered up & you can't see is another story. I hope Allstate takes him to court & recovers their money.
